The ski resort Passo Tonale is in fact a mountain defile between the valleys Val di Sole and Val Camonica, at the base of the glacier Presena (Italy - Dolomites). The ski slopes in Passo Tonale are thus connected with those in Ponte di Legno and in Temú, where are coniferous forests. The season in this resort is extremely long thanks to its location at the sun and the nearby glacier. There is also an ice - skating ring and country ski tracks in Tonale, in Vermiglio and in Ponte di Legno.
